We have the capacity of 30 sets per month for Extruded Plastic Profiles and Tubes mold processing, have rich experience of mould design, fabricating, test and trails, have the ability of realize and develop particular projects on customer’s request.

Our subsidiary company  have 10 modified pelletiziing production lines with a monthly output of 1000 tons, which can develop and produce Polycarbonate/acrylic diffusion material, Polycarbonate /acrylic frosting material and so on; can do the different color and function modification base on customer’s requirement, such as flame retardant, optical transparent, anti-UV, High impact....

We have more than 30 Mono and Co-extruded production line, expert with the extrusion technology especially the setting process of air cooling or oil cooling and embossing technology and co-extruded process.
