J.K optical Plastic Co., Ltd is a group with two division factory which  specialize in optical plastic sheet manufacturing, The following let us discuss  the acrylic sheet storage:

1. Store plates at room temperature and ventilation dry environment, not the plate directly exposed to sunlight, heat or moisture.
 
2. Before using the plate, do not tear protective film, because everyday dust and dirt due to electrostatic adhesion to the plate surface. Protective film also makes plates from wear and scratches.
 
3. To avoid warping, plates should be stored flat nature, for vertical storage, the best angle to the plate into a  small store, and placed at the bottom of support.

The application is different depend on the edge -lit usage or back-lit usage, for example if it's side-lit usage, there will be four layer structure, from the top to bottom will be UGR diffuser sheet, the diffuser film and LGP and reflective film
